Strengthening Sales Team
VBH , the company behind the greenteQ hardware brand , has recently strengthened both its internal and external sales teams with two new key appointments .

» THE EXTERNAL TEAM HAS BEEN bolstered by the arrival of Victoria Woods ( based near Glasgow ) in the position of Regional Sales Manager for Scotland .
Victoria adds to the already considerable bank of experience within VBH ’ s Scottish team , having spent 14 years in the industry , including four with another hardware company .
VBH General Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland , Allan Price ,
says , “ Scotland has always been a very important area for VBH , with some of our largest customers being north of the border . The recruitment of Victoria has allowed us to increase our market share even further .”
Anne Lees has joined VBH in the new position of Internal Sales Co-ordinator for the Midlands region ; joining the existing Internal Sales team to complete full office-based outbound sales coverage across the whole of England and Wales .
Ann is hugely experienced , having spent 15 years in a similar role at another major hardware company . VBH advises that her friendly disposition and excellent product knowledge have been extremely well received .

Boosting operational and customer focus
» THE GLAZERITE UK GROUP HAS kicked off 2025 with pivotal appointments designed to strengthen its focus on operations and customer care .
Melanie Jacobs , who has been with the leading trade fabricator for 18 years , is taking up the role of Senior Operations Manager at Glazerite ’ s Wellingboroughbased headquarters . The new role has been created to bring Group-wide functional and production departments closer together and further strengthen Glazerite ’ s aim to deliver exceptional customer service and quality . Glazerite has also announced new positions within its Customer Service team , with the promotion of Dan Partridge to Customer Care Manager , and Hannah Owen to Customer Care Team Leader .
Matthew Thomas , Glazerite Managing Director - South , says : “ Melanie will bring a customer-centric lens to the new operations-focused position , underpinned with a thorough product and systems knowledge . Her focus , determination and understanding of installer needs will enable us to deliver quality at every customer touchpoint and across our operations as a whole .”

New face for procurement team
» GLAZERITE UK GROUP IS SET TO strengthen its purchasing team with the appointment of a new Head of Group Procurement . Phil Taylor will join the leading trade fabricator this month after over a decade at Safestyle .
Phil says : “ I have a real passion for continuous improvement and driving efficiencies throughout the supply chain . I will work with our team to add value and deliver quality for Glazerite ’ s extensive customer base by developing strong relationships with our suppliers and embedding best practices in purchasing . I look forward to meeting Glazerite ’ s suppliers in the coming weeks and working together for the benefit of our installers .”
Glazerite Managing Director Rob Brearley adds : “ We are delighted to have made such a strategic and important appointment , with Phil bringing a wealth of procurement experience to the role ; as we strive to deliver a best-in-class fabrication service for customers .”
