This key stage increases the quality of the material and ensures a pristine surface , which is then ready for our 10-stage , chrome-free , pre-treatment process , which exceeds the industry standard of five to seven stages . This rigorous approach ensures that all aluminium profile is impeccably prepared for the powder coating application , resulting in a finish that is not only aesthetically unrivalled , but is extremely durable and resistant to corrosion .
