Having supported the event since its launch in 2022 , Chris Powell , MD at CWG Choices , echoed Steve ’ s thoughts and explained why he ’ s happy to be the new headline sponsor : “ Quite simply , it ’ s the cause ,” he says . “ We ’ ve had a great time at all the golf days , as they ’ ve been a fantastic opportunity to have some fun , fresh air and network .
“ But , the main reason is GM Fundraising and the work it does for Hope House Hospice . None of us can imagine what the
children and families go through when they need to use the hospice . I really believe if we ’ re in a position to help – and we are – then we should .”
