Conducted between November and February , the survey revealed overwhelmingly positive feedback , highlighting Edgetech ’ s commitment to exceptional customer service , product quality , and on-time delivery .
100 % of respondents received their orders on time and in full . Over 60 % indicated they use Edgetech products for 90-100 % of their IGU units , demonstrating their confidence in Edgetech ’ s quality and performance .

Customers also praised Edgetech ’ s communication , with over 60 % expressing satisfaction with the frequency of customer visits , and 100 % reporting that their technical inquiries were addressed promptly .
Encouragingly , 100 % of respondents plan to continue using Edgetech for the next six months , indicating a strong foundation for future growth .
Overall , Edgetech achieved a Net Promoter Score ( NPS )

of 82 , exceeding the industry benchmark and indicating exceptional customer loyalty .

“ Since 2000 , through the VinylPlus ® initiative , our industry has recycled 8.1 million tonnes of PVC . In the process ,

we ’ ve saved 6.2 million tonnes of CO2 and created over 1,600 direct jobs in recycling plants .”
The company has installed numerous Krauss Mafai co-extruders and multiple twin strand Greiner Red Line tools and downstreams ; allowing the company to introduce additional co-extruded profiles that use post-consumer recycled PVC-U into its product offer .
Also this year , the company will introduce multiple new

Optima mainframe tools that will incorporate a recycled core that won ’ t be visible when manufactured . On average , each section will contain 45 % recycled content .
And , Epwin Window Systems recycles waste bar length into RCM ( recycled composite material ). These RCMs are made up of 100 % recycled PVC-U and provide the perfect blend of product performance and sustainability .
