• When STANDARD WELDING , Shadow grooving knives ( width and depth ) can be matched perfectly to cruciform and transom / mullion grooving made on other production machines .
• Single person operation .
• Comprehensive UK Weld Break Testing programme successfully undertaken and completed in conjunction with leading system house , testing facility .
• Tolerates cutting angle discrepancies up to 0.5 degrees .
• Tolerates cut length discrepancies up to + 2 mm
• Finished frame accuracy to within 0.1 mm on width and height .
• As with ALL Kaban machines , including their superb Kaban FA 3010 UPVC Cut and Prep Machining Centre – maintenance and the replacement of serviceable items can be made via the owner / operator .
• Easy operation and programming via 17 ” LCD monitor . Incorporating windows based software makes for the efficient adding of new profiles and management of existing profiles to maintain optimum corner weld results .
• Heater plate Teflon renewal system is in roll form . Saves time and cost .
• Welding can be done by entering manual measurement without using the barcode reader .
