UNIVERSAL COLLECTION
Let ’ s get technical UCD has produced a technical handbook , and the latest edition of it ( which is being printed now ) contains QR codes which take you to various videos showing how to adjust hinges , how the locks operate and how to deglaze a door , among many other helpful hints and technical tools of the trade . This means the handbook is really useful for surveyors , installers and fitters . It means they have everything they need to help them and it ’ s part of the Universal way of providing a ‘ fit & forget ’ service .

Take a trip
UCD prides itself on being ‘ customer driven ’ and its own transport really does help them go the extra mile ! UCD has its own fleet of vehicles for delivery to customers , meaning they are not relying on a third party . They know the doors will be delivered safely and looked after in transit . They are continuously investing in the fleet and regularly have weekly trips in their van as far as Scotland .
