» SPECIALIST FABRICATOR Prefix Systems ( UK ) Ltd has invested in a FOM Industrie FMC 470 CNC Machining Centre from Haffner . The new machine was installed at Prefix Systems ’ state of-the-art aluminium manufacturing centre in Blackburn , Lancashire and the award-winning fabricator has already reported a strong return on investment .

» LEADING ARCHED frame manufacturer Premier Arches has further expanded its production facility with the installation of a new 2,000 square foot mezzanine floor at its St Helens headquarters .
The additional production space will be used purely for profile bending , allowing the company to really ramp up and streamline its processes .
The latest expansion takes Premier Arches ’ total manufacturing space to 12,000 square feet , and is a testament to the company ’ s continued success over the past 12 months .
