As we enter a New Year and Warmer Roofs sixth year of trading it is inevitable that many new products will enter the marketplace . Warmer Roof is no exception with the launch of the Warmer Living Home Extension and Warmer Living Garden Room Carcass Kits .
With the launch of these new products , we feel that we are filling a void in the marketplace for installers to provide no-nonsense products to the homeowner at attractive prices , and being more installer-friendly that conventional builds .
The home extension kits are a complete offering and use our innovative timber pod system and can be either pitched or flat roof versions with a variety of either tile or EPDM finish .
A total wall thickness of 252mm including 165mm of all insulation and constructed of C24 grade timber structure ; the Home Extension Kits come complete with an insulated steel Durabase system with a brick slip border . Using the Durabase System also negates the use of traditional type footings and concrete slab , and the associated upheaval of removing soil , and other debris , together with the cost of the removal , utilising either a builders skip or grab hire , if access is available .
The innovative pad system employed by Durabase means that the base can be ready to fit within 24 hours of the pads being laid and the walls and roof being fitted shortly afterwards . Therefore , the project can be finished in days and is not weather permitting .
The Warmer Living Extension Kits are also Building Control approved having been tested and Certified by JHAI Building Control , one of the UK ’ s leading Building Control Inspectors . By using JHAI Building Regulation compliance has already been assessed and approved so that a hassle-free project can be completed in a timely and professional manner without the headaches that can be encountered when Building Regulations are interpreted

The Warmer Living Extension Kit can be supplied in a timely fashion with delivery being three weeks from order confirmation if required .
The Home Extension Kit is supplied with all timbers , insulation , and claddings together with either lightweight tiles or EPDM for flat roof versions , rainwater goods and fixings .
It was our vision , in creating a Home Extension Kit , to enable our customers to have a cost effective , easy to fit system , with Building Control approval both in the necessary U-value and structural stability requirements of Building Regulations .
The Home Extension Kit can also be customised to a customer requirement such as soffit and pelmet detail , roof glazing and tile options .
The Home Extension Kit starts from only £ 1200 + VAT per square metre .
The Warmer Living Garden Room Carcass Kits again use a pre-fabricated modular pod system with high performing insulation and again can be customised to specific customer requirements in

both design and budget . Whether it is a specific external cladding using composite or real wood finish or even a smooth rendered external finish because the carcass kits are not supplied with either external cladding or internal finish this can be determined by the customers client . The Warmer Living garden Room Kits are supplied with 75mm Actis Hybris insulation withing the wall pods and 125mm Actis Hybris insulation in the roof pods . Using the Actis insulation not only gives high insulation values but also acts as a water vapour barrier and a sound deadening material .
Included in the Garden Room Carcass Kits are 110mm corner posts and eaves beams , and if necessary , the kits can be supplied with insulated plasterboards on request . All fixings are supplied , and a timber base can be selected as an option . From signed order confirmation , delivery can be as little as seven days .
