Following an intensive auditing process by bsi , leading aluminium fabricator CDW Systems has achieved the coveted ISO 9001 certification once again .

Over the last 12 months the company , part of the East Manor Group , has implemented new procedures and processes to help improve as a company and deliver the highest possible customer service with the help of Kevin Godden , Group Compliance Manager .

Kevin said : “ Our content management system has been in place for more than five years and is audited every two to meet the exacting ISO 9001 standards set .

“ At CDW Systems we have always been all about improvement and delivering high quality services to customers on a consistent basis and we have taken on board what we have needed to do , made the changes , and it has worked .
