The double-storey garage , which includes a home office and gym on the first floor , is fitted with three , 2.5m wide x 2m high , fully automated ART42 sectional doors . Constructed from a lightweight , yet strong , aluminium framework the three doors include narrow framed , large clear glazing panels featuring the unique Hörmann DURATEC scratch-resistance finish . An innovative surface coating , DURATEC protects the glazing panes from scratches and damage caused by cleaning over the long-term , helping to guarantee a permanently flawless appearance .
