» ULTRAFRAME HAS EXPANDED ITS Marketing Team with the appointment of an experienced Assistant Brand Manager , Laura Peel , to join the existing Ultraframe and Wendland Brand Managers . Laura joined the Marketing Team in late 2021 , having previously worked within the Fabricator First area of the business , and brings many years of marketing experience to her new role .
Supporting its customers with high quality marketing support has long been a focus for Ultraframe and a key part of the offering to customers . In addition to
more standard items such as literature and workwear , there is a strong focus on investing in the latest technology to allow customers to stand out and compete in the market . Some of the digital tools available to Ultraframe customers that were originally launched as part of a Lockdown Toolkit – but are still highly popular today – include a live chat / chatbot option , quoting engine , virtual appointment system , interactive content blocks , and a range of webinars to help installation companies make the most of the tools available and learn more about the company ’ s extensive range of conservatory and extension systems .

30 under 30 campaign finals
» ANDY CLEAR , CO-FOUNDER AND COO of tech start-up Augmented Reality Creations ( ARC ) was named a finalist in the FIT Show ’ s 30 under 30 campaign - which recognises those who are making waves and pushing boundaries in fenestration - in recognition of a new innovative software that ’ s already a hit with conservatory installers .
At 24 , Andy , along with fellow university graduates Zack Tuff and Kristian Woolhouse , have launched ARC Design , a web-based 3D design and visualisation software which allows homeowners to
design their own conservatory within an installer ’ s website , request a quote , and then use the incorporated augmented reality features to view their design while walking around their garden .
“ It ’ s an incredible honour to have made the finals of the 30 under 30 campaign , and a true testament to the hard work and dedication myself and my colleagues have put into creating this unique software ,” Andy comments .

Brian has worked in the fenestration industry for 16 years and comes to Total Hardware from Archibald Kenricks . Brian joins Total Hardware at an exciting time for the company . It saw impressive sales growth in 2021 , with some product lines up over 100 %. The company attributes this to its customer-focused approach , which is especially important in such turbulent times .
