Serving to over 600 customers across the UK , the St Helens-based company manufactures and supplies the awkward products that others don ’ t want to make . This

includes arched , angled , gable , circular and entirely bespoke windows and doors in a range of seven stocked systems including Residence 9 , plus another five non-stocked systems .

Sean continues : “ When it comes to profile bending , most PVC fabricators simply don ’ t have the time , the tools , or the expertise to carry this out in-house , and so our goal with Premier Arches is to make that entire process simpler .

“ When manufacturing arched frames , fabricators traditionally manufacture the square sash themselves and then outsource the arched

outer frame to a specialist frame bending company . However , we ’ ve started to see more and more fabricators turning to us to manufacture the complete product , and it ’ s thanks to our reliable , hassle-free service that many of them have chosen that easier route .

“ We also offer a fully glazed option , which saves time and eliminates errors caused by glass templating . We ’ re a onestop-shop for anything difficult to make .
