CONTINUED GROWTH IN RESIDENTIAL
During lockdown trends have shown that many households have spent income on home improvements however we suspect that priorities may change in 2022 . So , while we expect the market to continue growing , it won ’ t happen at a pace we ’ ve seen in the last 18 months .
REGULATION AND SUSTAINABILITY
Reynaers is very aware of the changes in Part L and Future Homes Legislation coming in 2022 with a focus on thermal regulations therefore the whole industry will have to review the products it manufactures , fabricates , and installs .
SUPPLY CHAIN
Supply chain issues seen in 2021 are expected to continue however Reynaers has mitigated against these risks by employing additional workers , implementing intensive training , and partnering with new suppliers .

Opening up a new and exciting market

While the last few years have undoubtedly been challenging , we have seen many positives emerge .

Our new goalpost helps installers to achieve these complex designs with minimum hassle and ‘ opens up ’ a new and exciting area of the market for them .
Following on from the experience of virtual selling gained during various lockdowns , many installers
will continue to work in this way to a certain extent as they have honed their virtual selling pitches and recognise the benefits of cutting down travel times . Our new digital samples and proposal generators are two recent additions to the Ultraframe toolbox to help increase sales conversion rates whether selling virtually or in the showroom .
