ALUMINIUM FABRICATOR DOUBLES ITS MANUFACTURING CAPACITY
» ALUMINIUM TRADE FABRICATOR Fentrade has just doubled its manufacturing capacity to keep pace with growing demand . Chris Reeks , Director of Fentrade , said : “ We ’ re a young business that ’ s growing fast , so when the lease for the unit next door to ours came up , the opportunity was too good to miss . The expansion will help us continue to deliver exceptional service to our growing customer base .”
The expansion is not the only investment Fentrade is making to support its growth . The company has invested in Window Designer Cloud Pro from First Degree Systems to improve its administrative procedures for its production as well as its customer base . There is also a significant machinery investment which is planned to facilitate the expansion which will continue to improve the efficiency in the factory as well as further enhance the overall quality of the finished products . Investment in jobs will also feature with more roles being created for the factory and offices alike .
Chris attributes his company ’ s rapid growth to its commitment to the highest standards in every area . MACHINE PACKAGE OFFERS ‘ FIRST STEPS ’ FOR FABRICATORS
Emmegi and Decalu have joined forces to make it easy for fabricators to take their first steps into manufacturing in the Deceuninck aluminium system .
» EMMEGI IS OFFERING A SIMPLE start up package of machinery which gives fabricators a simple and cost-effective route into manufacturing , backed by one of the biggest and most trusted names in the machinery market .
It is pairing an Emmegi Phantomatic CNC machining centre with a Classic Magic twin head saw to give fabricators a ‘ classic combination ’ of machines which maximise throughput and efficiency .
Ian Latimer , Emmegi UK ’ s Managing Director explained : “ One of the USPs of the Decalu system is the speed of fabrication , so we ’ re recommending one of our high speed Phantomatic machining centres with an electronic twin head saw to help fabricators make the most of that . These are proven to work well together , and we know they will give customers years of trouble-free operation .”
Nigel Headford , Decalu ’ s Director in the UK , said : “ They can see that Decalu is essentially as quick and easy to fabricate as PVC-U and are recognising that they can make bigger margins on the aluminium side of their business if they switch to manufacturing from buying in .

T3A to Glass House in Cardiff , with further installations on their way .
