New Customer Services Manager beats ‘ extreme high competition ’
» YALE DOOR AND WINDOW Solutions has strengthened its team with the appointment of a new Customer Services Manager , underlining the company ’ s commitment to satisfying the needs of its customers .
Sarah Mattox initially joined the company last year , and brings a wealth of experience to her new role , having previously worked for many as Customer Services Manager at Aspray24 .
In recent months , during one of the most challenging periods of customer demand experienced , Sarah has been operating in the role serving as Yale Door and Window Solutions ’ interim Customer Services Manager , making this a natural next step in her progression .

» SEAN PAYNE , LEAD SOFTWARE developer at specialist data supplier Insight Data , is celebrating 10 years with the awardwinning firm .
Joining the company in 2010 straight from University with a degree in web and software , Sean helped on several projects before working on Salestracker . Designed exclusively for the building and fenestration industry , Salestracker combines real-time prospect data with a powerful online portal with full CRM , map integration and credit profiling .
And Sean and the team are already working on the next version .
Sean said : “ The Salestracker platform has evolved over the years , with improvements including a mobile version of the site and the inclusion of an email tool within the platform , and it ’ s been brilliant to assist customers in the day-to-day running of their business .”

» THE GLAZERITE UK GROUP LTD has announced further changes to its senior management team , following the recent appointment of Group Managing Director , Robert Brearley . Mike Johnson , who has been with Glazerite since it was founded in 2000 , is to move towards retirement during the course of 2021 , with Mark Johnston taking on the role of Group Finance Director .
Mark joins the trade fabricator from his role as Finance and Commercial Director at Sovereign Group Ltd , which produces windows and doors for social and affordable housing properties . Group Managing Director , Robert Brearley says of his appointment :
