MARKS THE EVOLUTION OF

of a new company Evolution Kaban, sister to
established company Saxon Machinery Services.

for some 20+ years, and in doing so, built

service back up. In contrast, the Kaban brand
name is little known in the UK and Irish
markets at this moment in time, and it is the
determination of newly launched machinery
brand Evolution Kaban - sister to Saxon
Machinery Services - to right this wrong.
Kaban Machinery may well be the largest
supplier of UPVC and Aluminium fabrication
machines wordwide; exporting from their
superb factory facility in Istanbul to 100+
countries, building 5,000 machines per
annum en compassing 50+ machine types.
Evolution Kaban brings together a very
specialised team from the UK, consisting
of Mike Taylor-Dawes: Principle Systems
Engineer, Matthew Taylor-Dawes: Senior

England: Sales Manager, plus a team of
Service Engineers and a supporting team of
Administrators.
To best demonstrate Kaban’s standing in
the industry is the flagship SEAMLESS - 4
HEAD HORIZONTAL QUAD WELDER.
Kaban has several of these machines now fully
commissioned in countries such as Spain,
Portugal, Australia and Germany, to name
a few. Evolution Kaban is proud to launch
immediately this technology into the UK and
Irish markets. This platform should certainly
give confidence to the Kaban brand; if they
can produce SEAMLESS, then it follows that
standard type welding will be a breeze.
SEAMLESS Welding on UPVC and
Composite window and door frames can only
be described as probably the most significant
advancement the fenestration industry has
ever witnessed. Until now, SEAMLESS
WELDING was indeed only an option
to a very select number of fabricators who
could afford this technology. Many of these
fabricators have gone on and invested in
duplicate machines to meet growing customer
demands.
