All the products in the redemption catalogue , redemption privileges and conditions may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice at the sole discretion of Norwex Singapore . 8 . How to Redeem your Reward ( s )? Step 1 : Login to www . norwex . sg > go to Login menu > select “ Customer Login ” to key in your mobile number and password to login . Step 2 : Go to Clean Perks Program menu > drop down and select “ Rewards Redemption ”. Step 3 : Choose the product ( s ) or voucher ( s ) you want to redeem from the redemption catalogue and click the “ Redeem ” button . Step 4 : Go to cart and click “ Proceed to Redeem ”. Step 5 : Check your Billing and Shipping details and click the “ Next ” button . Step 6 : Check Order Summary and click “ Redeem ”.
