Google Drive
Google has always tried to stay a step ahead, and they have been quite
successful at doing so- but never did they get it quite so right with
anything like they did with Google Drive. Its perfect if you want to keep
your important documents on a server safe from the hazards of failing
drives or even worse, missing printed out papers. There are several
pricing options based on the plans, but they will absolutely have one that
will work for you and your business.

Adobe Reader
This one may seem like a no brainer, but you would be surprised at
how many people haven’t downloaded Adobe Reader. One of the most
frequently sent type of file is a PDF, which is only able to be opened
through Adobe Reader. Most would assume that their device would come
with this pre-installed on it, but usually it will not. So pop over to the
App Store and download it now!

MailChimp
Speaking of Email- how does your business send out mass emails to your
client base? MailChimp should really be your only response. You can get
a basic account at no cost, and really it will allow you to do most of what
you would need to, but for more advanced settings and options, there are
plans that will aid your business in getting your emails to your whole
database easily and in style. You can create your own template if you’re
feeling creative, but MailChimp has ample pre-made templates as well!

Instagram
Because everyone likes to have a little fun, and you want your business to
look like YOU have fun too, Instagram is still holding on as the top photo
sharing App out there. Created in 2010, it has only become more popular
to share your photo diary of adventures with the world. In fact, when you
get your device it will be right at the top of the suggested Apps to get
started with. That’s a pretty strong reference, being in that collection. But
as a business, you may fail to see the use of Instagram, surely it is just
something for teenagers and 20 somethings to chronicle their social lives,
right? Wrong. A business is only as strong as its presence in the world,
and Instagram is apart of that world now- you need to seem human, you
need to seem fun, and you also need to display what you do or sell in
an attractive way. Instagram, with its hashtags and filters is an easy and
perfect way to get your business out there.
