We ’ ve gathered some of the finest minds involved with the last-mile and asked them to gaze into their crystal balls to help us figure out what ’ s coming . We hope their comments will help you plan for , anticipate and be ready to pivot as we cruise into 2024 together .

Lastly , I want to thank all of you for your contributions to the association and your support of me during my time as CLDA President . I ’ ll write one more President ’ s Letter in the Fall issue and then pass the gavel to Joel Pinsky at the Final Mile Forum . Much has changed for the industry and me personally during my time as president , but what hasn ’ t wavered one bit is the passion , creativity and adaptability I ’ ve seen in our members . I feel lucky to have been on the front lines to experience it . Thank you for letting me be a part of your journey .
Onward ,
