Comrade Bhimavarapu Gurava Reddy, Treaurer, Tarimela Nagi Reddy Memorial Trust, breathed his last on 3 rd November 2006 due to sudden heart attack. CPI( ML) pays revolutionary homage to Comrade Gurava Reddy and It shares deep sorrow with his family members. He left his wife’ a daughter and a son.
Born on a middle peasant family in 1948, Com Guravardeey was inspired by the communist movement that engulfed his village Prodduturu in Krishna district. His father Venkata Reddy was member of the united communist party. During his student days com. Gurava Reddy was active in student federation activities and took the side of Communist revolutionaries. He continued in the revolutionary politics until his death standing firmly in support of the communist revolutionary politics.
When the process of elections turned into morass of corruption, he was elected as the sarpanch of his village without even spending a rupee to bribe the voters. During his tenure as the sarpanch, he fought for the restoration of rights to the panchayats and in the process organized the sarpanches in the AP into a state wide organization. He acted as its secretary and under his leadership the association was able to gain some of the powers that should have entrusted to panchayats under the law. He declined to be elected for the second time and asked the others to contest.
From then on he devoted his entire time to the Tarimela Nagi Reddy Memorial Trust. He toiled tirelessly to make success every programme taken up by the Trust, be it fund collection, conduct of seminars and Publication books. He spent his energies to take the“ India Mortgaged” by Tarimela Nagireddy to the intellectuals and personages belonging to various political opinions and thus took the revolutionary politics to various sections of the people.
Com. Gurava Reddy was humble and has the patience to deal and work with different political sections. He responded to every demand of the people of his village and surrounding area from agricultural distress, remunerative price for sugar cane growers, police atrocities and attacks on dalits. He tried all his capacities to maintain unity of the poor repulsing the attempts to divide them by the ruling sections in the district.
The sudden demise of Com. Gurava Reddy shocked the democrats, revolutionaries and progressive forces. The Revolutionary movement lost a staunch supporter.
The Andhra Pradesh State Committee of CPI( ML) pays revolutionary homage to Comrade B. Gurava Reddy. We cherish his memories to inspire the young cadres.

These developments are the out-come of the world economic crises of 2008, a natural and inevitable outcome of capitalism ruled by the Finance capital. In other words these regressive developments are the outcome of the failure of neo-liberal imperialist globalisation that can never be mended by the capitalist system that has been imposed on the globe by the world finance capital. This is the w orst conseq uence of imperialist globalisation.

It has also become clear and proved that capitalism in any from can not bring out, progress and aff luence in the liv es of the humanity but its inevitable crises only lead to regression, reaction and fascism.
The parliamentary political parties whether be liberal, conservative or left phrase mongering cannot and will not be an alternative to the devastation and ruin caused by capitalism and communism alone is its alter-native to bring about equality, progress and universal welfare of highest order to the humankind of this world.
The world proletariat and working class only by pursuing the scientific class politics that are the basis for communism shall take up the task destined by history on them and by defeating the rising reactionary and fascist forces that are a menace to the entire mankind and attain progress for the humankind in all spheres of its life.
