Also known as Mac Attack. They were popularized by tennis player John McEnroe. 3/4
hi tennis shoe with a checker pattern logo in the tongue and traction rubber outsole. I
remember this was the first Nike shoe for sale in my hometown in 1986-87. Years later,
the store owner confessed to me that it was a hard task to sell them at that time as many
people considered it was too ugly in comparison with the newer models released that
year. Today it is considered a real gem by most of the vintage Nike lovers.
