Food and Beverage Management

Morning( Monday- Thursday: 9:00 am- 12:30 pm) Evening( Monday- Thursday: 5:30 pm- 9:00 pm)
The Food and Beverage Management course is designed for people who have experience working in restaurants, hotels, catering, foodservice, or hospitality, and who are ready to prepare for supervisory and management roles.
Requirements: Eligible for ESL 8 Foodservice or hospitality experience Basic math( whole numbers, decimals, money, fractions, percentages, ratios) Basic email and spreadsheet skills
Certifications Earned ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager( CFPM) ServSafe Alcohol certification
