Suffolk and proud, Hayden enjoys rural
life and the opportunities that go with it.
After attending Thomas Mills High School
in Framlingham, he studied at the Royal
Agricultural College, Cirencester before
joining Clarke & Simpson and qualifying
as a Chartered Surveyor. In the early
1990s, Hayden became a Fellow of the
Association of Agricultural Valuers
and he is a former President of the
Suffolk branch of the same organisation.

Born in Shropshire, where his family
still farms, Henry worked at Bidwells
for over 20 years before joining Clarke
& Simpson in 2003. As an expert in
estate management, Henry brings all
of his professional experience to play in
managing our growing number of rurally
based estates across England and Scotland.

After attending Woodbridge School and
obtaining a degree in Land Management
at Reading University, Oliver joined
Clarke & Simpson in 1999. He became a
Chartered Surveyor in 2001, a Fellow of
the Association of Agricultural Valuers in
2003, and is now the Training Officer for
the Suffolk Association of Agricultural
Valuers. Oliver, a farmer’s son, specialises in
rural valuation, management, compulsory
purchase, farm and land agency, and
jointly heads up the residential lettings
department with Hayden.
Christopher Clarke started the practice
in 1989. Stuart is Christopher’s son and
joined the business in 2005. He attended
Framlingham College and obtained a
degree in Rural Land Management at the
Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester.
Stuart is a Chartered Surveyor as well as
a former Chairman of the Suffolk Branch
of the National Association of Estate
Agents. He heads up the residential
sales team with Oliver Johnson.

Eleanor was brought up on a small family
farm in South Norfolk and completed
Oliver attended Woodbridge School
Rural Surveying at Aberdeen University
and originally joined Clarke & Simpson
before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor
in 1997 – an exposure to property that
