HOMEMADE CINNAMON ROLLS

Dough:
1 cup very warm (not hot) milk
1/2 cup sugar
2-1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
2 eggs, at room temperature
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup butter, melted
4-1/2 cups bread flour
Filling:
1 cup packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, softened

Frosting:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
Directions:
1. Dissolve sugar in milk, add the
yeast. After mixture becomes foamy,
add eggs, salt and butter. Add bread
flour, mixing thoroughly and kneading
as you mix it in.
