AUDIT FINDINGS: As part of our audit we verify the monthly costing from the metering to the final charges inclusive of VAT for errors of a financial interpretative and/or clerical nature. rrors
Over-Charge: charges ±R62.03as a result of clerical errors made by Council for charges We found over-charges amounting to ± that are not consistent with that of the current By By-law, which is for the month of March 2012. We will investigate this with Council and revert back on the progress thereof in due course.
Under-Charge: Based on the bills received to date, we have identified under charges in the amount of ±R55.30. These are under-charges ± for the months of August and September 2012. d We have not addressed this with Council but suggest you make provision/accrue for the under under-charge should the bill be corrected at some point.
