AUDIT FINDINGS: This is a new site that the client requested us to add to their portfolio and we collected the historical invoices from the client on 19 July 2013. As part of our audit we verify the monthly costing from the metering to the final charges inclusive of VAT for errors of a financial interpretative and/or clerical nature.
Over-Charge: charges ±R ade We found over-charges amounting to ± 10.50 as a result of clerical errors made by Council for charges that are not consistent with that of the current By By-law, for the month of October 2012. We will investigate this with Council and revert back on the progress thereof in due course.
