Clarence celebration will be returning to the
community!
Lots of plans and
preparations are
being made by
many groups to
make this a day to
remember.
The day will begin
with the Holiday

Friends of the Zybell Library!
Watch the newsletter next month

will be featured.
After enjoying an afternoon of
touring lovely homes, all are welcomed to the Clarence American
Legion for a delicious Soup Supper, sponsored by the Clarence
Library Board.
With full bellies, please join us as
we welcome SANTA back to Clarence! Parents
bring your cameras and kids bring
your lists to share
with Jolly Old
Saint Nick! Santa
will also have a
little gift for every
child.
The Library Fundraising Committee will be hosting
the Festival of Trees and asks all
businesses in Clarence to put on
their thinking caps and put together a fabulous tree representing your business. Guests will
“vote” on their favorite tree by
donating a dollar to that tree. All
proceeds of the voting will go
toward the Library Building Fund.
In addition to the Festival of
Trees, the Fundraising Committee
will also be bringing back a wonderful tradition….the COOKIE
WALK! Leave the holiday baking
to us and take home a box of delicious treats! If you are interested
in donating cookies to the cookie
walk please contact any Committee member. (Jen VanOort, Karla
Tenley, TaraLynne Atkins, or
Renae Edler)
To round out a terrific day, the
EZ Readers Book Club will once
again be holding their Silent Auction of Gift Boxes, using book
titles as to clues of the contents
of the box.
Come out and celebrate an old
fashioned small town holiday, Sunday, December 8!
