Jeric Armstrong is running
unopposed as a mayoral candidate, while the three council seats (one left vacant by
Armstrong) are looking to be
filled by five candidates for
office.
Current council members
Bart Miller and Levi
VanOort are seeking reelection to their seats, while newcomers Matt Hormann and
Ron Robinson are on the
ballot as well.
Write-in candidate, TaraLynne Atkins is also seeking
one of the city council seats.
All candidates were offered,
and accepted, the
opportunity
to answer a
few brief
questions
about their
candidacy
and have that
included in
the October
issue of the newsletter.

The voter registration deadline for the
Nov. 5 Regular
City Election is
Friday, October 25. However, all persons eligible to
vote may also
register on the
day of the election at their
specified polling place, with
proof of identity and proof of
residency in that precinct.
