and manage stress better

with feelings you may
have

situations, share
experiences and gain
support

Well-Being Workshops
Our Stress control courses
are extremely popular, and
over 1000 people have now
enjoyed learning how to take
control and feel better.
We have developed a series
of Community Workshops
to help you develop better
coping skills.
You can learn to understand
and manage stress, find out
how to control your body,
your thoughts, your actions
and your panic. Just turn up,
sit back and learn some great
ways to control stress and
regain control of your life.
Stress control is a six week
course run all year round and
available to anyone living or
working in Clackmannanshire
or Stirling.

Council Performance Data
The Local Government Benchmarking Framework compares how
Scottish Councils perform in terms of costs, effectiveness and
satisfaction. The framework has different sections on Children's
Services, Corporate Services, Adult Social Work, Culture & Leisure,
Environmental Services, Housing, Asset Management and Economic
Development.
Information on this framework must be published by all 32 councils
each year and data on performance in the 2014/15 financial year
was published nationally in January.
