We have developed a series of Community Workshops to help you develop better coping skills. You can learn to understand and manage stress, find out how to control your body, your thoughts, your actions and your panic. Just turn up, sit back and learn some great ways to control stress and regain control of your life. Stress control is a six week course run all year round and available to anyone living or working in Clackmannanshire or Stirling. The framework has different sections on Children's Services, Corporate Services, Adult Social Work, Culture & Leisure, Environmental Services, Housing, Asset Management and Economic Development.
