product portfolio which
included a number of
outdated products. There was a
need to reduce the cost of
maintenance and administration of
the portfolio by simplifying it and
working on the migration of
customers to new products.
CIVITTA team has performed
extensive customer data analytics
including customer segmentation,
usage pattern analysis and worked
with a number of stakeholders in
the organization to define the
portfolio simplification plan.
Multiple suggested scenarios were
modeled and evaluated in terms of
financial impact to choose the
scenario that fits best the company
strategic goals.
As a final product, a clear portfolio
simplification plan was established
for the organization for
implementation in 2019.
