GDPR has been more than just a buzzword in the EU and beyond for the last few years; it significantly changes the way companies do business involving any use of customer or employee personal data. Failure to comply with GDPR results in fines and reputational losses.
Civitta’ s team brought process mapping skills, legal and IT knowledge, project management and business experience to every stage of the project, from the initial process audit and gap identification to implementing business and IT solutions.
3 offices involved
Lithuania, Belarus, Moldova
Results: 1. Civitta developed methodology and conducted process mapping and audits for business units in each country in which Danske Bank operates. 2. Gap reports were delivered to all business units, and solution projects to cover these gaps were approved and launched at the group level. 3. Civitta’ s team continues to provide assistance to Danske Bank to ensure the smooth implementation of solution projects in 2018.
