Patient focused - Patient oriented is the term used to describe a practice who puts the patient at the centre of it's daily activities. For us here in Citygate we strive to offer a unique customer service experience to all of our patients. This means getting to know each person, understanding the individual needs of that person and working with that person to achieve their dental needs, goals and desires.
We are building on our success because of our patients and we continue to make every effort to improve our customer service and patient communication. Our trained support team are there to support our patients with every step of their journey.
