Key Findings: Other City Services • • • • Most other city services  showed improvement over  last year. Electronic bill‐paying,  dispatch (911), and municipal  court services received  significantly higher top‐two‐ box ratings than last year.  Several other services moved  into more positive “room for  improvement” categories.  The quality of recycling  services received a  significantly lower top‐two‐ box rating than in 2019.
