Key Findings: Arlington Overall

Results are similar to last year, 
with positive ratings for quality of 
life in Arlington and for its 
neighborhoods as places to live. 
Likewise, most residents 
still say Arlington is headed 
in the right direction. 
– Results for this measure dropped 
significantly in 2018 from what 
had been a fairly steady 
historical trend hovering around 
70%. This measure has remained 
closer to 60% since 2018.
– However, “Don’t know/No 
answer” has seen the biggest 
increase from 2017, rather than 
responses that Arlington is on 
the wrong track.
