Key Findings: Neighborhoods • • • • • The primary neighborhood concerns remain car  burglaries, speeding, and residential burglaries.  Although not top concerns, negative perceptions of  dilapidated buildings/houses and illegal dumping  increased significantly, compared to last year.   The feeling of safety is fairly consistent with the  2018 results.
