The primary neighborhood concerns remain car 
burglaries, speeding, and residential burglaries. 
Although not top concerns, negative perceptions of 
dilapidated buildings/houses and illegal dumping 
increased significantly, compared to last year.  
The feeling of safety is fairly consistent with the 
2018 results.
Most residents feel safe walking alone in both 
business and residential areas during the day. 
Slightly more than half of the residents indicate 
they feel safe walking at night in residential areas. 
Fewer than half of the residents say they feel safe 
walking at night in business areas.
