Key Findings: Other City Services • • • • Overall, other services  offered by the City were  rated similarly to 2017. Though not a significant  difference, Convention  Center services showed a  directional increase.  Electronic Bill‐Paying Service  received significantly lower  top‐2‐box ratings than last  year.
