Sense Of Community And Problems In Neighborhoods
About half of Arlington residents rate their neighborhoods as “average” in terms of
sense of community, while about one in four rates their neighborhood’s sense of
community as “strong.”
Neighborhood problems mentioned most often were safety or security related: cars
speeding on neighborhood streets (mentioned as a problem by almost half of city
residents), cars running red lights, and car burglaries.
