City Website And Importance Of Internet Communication
About one out of four Arlington residents (26%) say they have visited the City of
Arlington’s website. Among those who have visited, 76% rate the website as “good” or
“excellent” in terms of usefulness, suggesting there is room for improvement.
Although only about one-fourth of residents have ever visited the website, the vast
majority of residents (89%) feel it is at least “somewhat important” for citizens to be able
to receive information about the city by Internet. Almost half (48%) feel that it is “very
important.”
