Overall, Arlington residents appear to feel that the city government does a good job in
most areas, but that there is room for improvement. Among strategic initiative areas,
the city government is rated highest on “improving citizen satisfaction with core
services.” Areas where the city government is seen as needing the most improvement
are in “addressing mobility or transportation needs” and “effectively communicating with
residents.”
Residents also perceive need for improvement in “providing citizen access or input to
government.”
