A Message from

City Manager Tamara Letourneau

Hello , Laguna Niguel !

The community of Laguna Niguel has a great deal to be proud of . We have one of the most beautiful and safe communities in the entire region , one that will continue to be protected and maintained so that the high quality of life can continue to be realized by all members of the community . I am excited for the sense of renewed optimism and the hope for health and prosperity in Laguna Niguel as we look forward to the coming days , weeks , and months ahead .

I am happy to announce that the newly completed Crown Valley Community Center is now open to the public for facility tours . This new state-of-the-art building is a beautiful asset that will truly be a benefit to the community for generations to come . Residents are encouraged to schedule a staff-led tour by registering at bit . ly / CVCCTours . Once registered , a staff member from the Parks and Recreation Department will contact you to schedule a tour date and time based upon availability . Tours are available Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm . The Crown Valley Community Center front desk is also open for virtual class and program registration . The facility operating hours are Monday through Friday , from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm . I am also excited to share that the Sea Country Senior and Community Center is receiving several upgrades that will be completed this Summer . We are excited to welcome our senior participants back to the facility in early August !

I can assure you that City staff are working hard to bring back many of our long-standing programs , activities , and community celebrations as well as several new programs . It will be great to celebrate the rich traditions of Laguna Niguel together , soon . I hope that the Summer 2021 Recreation Brochure serves as a convenient resource for you and your family and that you stay engaged with your Laguna Niguel community . I look forward to seeing you soon , in-person !
