Baby & Me Yoga
Be guided through poses for you and baby. This class is
designed to deepen a connection to yourself and nourish
your bond with your child. New class videos uploaded
each week for 4 weeks. Take classes online in the

Chair Yoga

chair or standing and using the chair for support.
Movement and attention to breathing encourages better
circulation, while weight-bearing, standing poses are a
safe way to build strength and bone density. Awaken
areas of the body that have been inactive, soothe aching
joints, stretch muscles, and calm the mind. New class

A series of long-held (2-4 min), passive, floor poses that
focus on the spine and other areas rich in connective
tissue. Therapeutic benefits include increased circulation,
improved flexibility, stress and anxiety reduction,
rehabilitation from injury, and much more. Appropriate
for all skill levels and body types. New class videos
uploaded each week for 4 weeks. Take classes online in
the comfort of your own home and at your convenience.
For ages 18+ yrs. Equipment needed: 2 blocks, 2 blankets,
and a bolster/sofa cushion are highly recommended.
