Music Festival
Listen to live music by local musicians with your friends! The
Laguna Niguel Youth Committee (LNYC) hosts this annual
event to provide local high school and middle school bands
an opportunity to perform for their peers. Up to 3 bands will
perform 30-minute sets. Food will be available for purchase
from food and dessert trucks selected by the LNYC. The band
lineup will be announced in early May at LNteens.org. Bands may
apply until May 2 at 5pm if spaces are still available. Download

Try out the newest trend – Stand-Up Paddling. It’s easy
to learn and a fun way to get out on the ocean and
meet new friends. Bring water or sports drink in a plastic
container, towel, sunscreen and a change of clothes.
Wear water sports attire that you can move in and that
you are comfortable wearing in the ocean during this
time of the year.

Super Sitters
Learn how to prevent accidents, what to do in case of
an emergency, child development, do’s and don’ts, age-
appropriate games, job searching, and finances. Don’t just be
a babysitter – be a super sitter! Bring paper / pencil and
please ask an adult to attend the last 15 minutes of class.

CPR, First Aid, AED Instruction
Get Active In
Your Community!
The American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/ AED program is
to help participants recognize and respond appropriately
to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies. The
courses in this program teach skills that participants need
to know to give immediate care to a suddenly injured or
ill person and decide whether advanced medical care is
needed. This program will include a two-year certification
from the American Red Cross. Squirrels camp program now accepting
applications!
