Grief Support Group Grief support groups offer companionship and understanding from others who have experienced similar loss and challenges that living with grief brings. A safe place for you to share conversation openly and guilt-free in an informal and comforting setting about the loss of your loved one with others who are experiencing similar grief. HICAP (Health Insurance Counseling Advocacy Program) Offered through the Council on Aging of Southern California, HICAP (Health Insurance Counseling Advocacy Program) offers unbiased and individualized counseling on Medicare and other related health insurance topics on the first and third Monday of the month from 9am-12pm. The counselor can help you better understand benefits and enrollment, supplemental policies, long term care, prescription drug plans, and other insurance concerns.
