ST . LUCIE WEST BOULEVARD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
The construction of the California Boulevard widening from St . Lucie West Boulevard to Crosstown Parkway starts in FY 25 / 26 .
SIDEWALKS
Fairgreen Crossings Neighborhood ( Import , Galiano , Cadima , Fairgreen ): Construction underway .
Sandia Drive ( Thornhill to Crosspoint ): Construction is underway .
REPAVING Gatlin Boulevard : Repaving starts in FY 26 / 27 .
TRAFFIC SIGNAL COORDINATION ALONG PORT ST . LUCIE BOULEVARD
Adaptive Traffic Signal Implementation along Port St . Lucie Boulevard was planned to start in FY 27 / 28 . The City has now identified this project as one to be expedited utilizing upcoming bond proceeds . Implementation will now be completed in FY 21 / 22 .
LANDSCAPING & BEAUTIFICATION
U . S . 1 landscaping and beautification is planned to start in April 2022 . This will follow the completion of FDOT ’ s resurfacing and safety improvement project that is currently ongoing .
