1PSL is your 24 / 7 City Hall . This all-in-one system allows residents to connect with the City either via mobile app , phone or web portal . Residents can use 1PSL to request services , ask questions , pay bills , learn about City news and upcoming events , pinpoint an issue location with GPS , attach a photo with your comments , and receive status updates and resolution notifications .
