Why political?

In the whole world there is lots of graffiti expressing different messages, like love, drawings and philosophical phrases. Among all these messages, the most important one may be political graffiti which refers to social situations from all points of view.

In political graffiti, writers, the people who do graffiti, express what they think about the current government, either in favour or against it, in order to show this kind of art to the society. It could be said that fifty percent of graffiti is positive and the other fifty percent of graffiti is negative.

The ones in favour are, in some cases, paid by politicians so that they, the graffiti artist write positive comments about a political party as a form of propaganda. In this way, politicians try to persuade people to vote for them at the following elections. Many graffiti writers, as they are called, say that the writers who sell their graffiti are acting
