Why is graffiti art?

Why is graffiti a form of expression? Why is graffiti considered art? How do typical forms of art work? How is graffiti done?

To understand why graffiti is a form art first we have to understand that all forms of art are a form of expression. Art is a form of expression because you can express your feelings, emotions and thoughts. Some artists also think that is the best way to get to know themselves. In contrast with these ideas, other people, like the famous philosopher Plato, who thought that art was a mere imitation of objects, and objects were a copy of non-material abstract forms, were the truth was.

Graffiti conveys a message. Many times we can find a picture on a wall done with graffiti technique and in that picture the artist is expressing a feeling or an idea. We can also find phrases with political messages or a denunciation about some social
