Graffiti can be found all over the world. Graffiti is used by artists to express their art. When important conflicts take place in a nation or a country this can be seen in several ways, one of them is by the paintings on the walls.
It is not possible to determine the actual date when graffiti started because cave painting and pyramids paintings can also be called graffiti. The word “graffiti” is also used to refer to Killroy, the bomb builder from Detroit, who used to write on the side of the bombs “killroy”. He became very popular and American soldiers started writing “killroy was here” on the walls that remained standing after the explosions during World War II.
