Grenada CBI: Investment by Year
Growth is consistent, averaging 5% over the
last few years and the rate of unemployment is
steadily declining. Grenada remains one of the
fastest growing economies in the Caribbean,
creating an attractive investment climate
where investor confidence remains very
strong. Regional and international institutions
like the Caribbean Development Bank and
the International Monetary Fund have
hailed Grenada as a model and credited the
Government for prudent fiscal management.
Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment
Programme is endorsed by Government. We
welcome qualified and reputable investors to
make an invaluable contribution to the long-
term development and prosperity of Grenada
while earning the desired returns on their
investments.

Grenada continues to experience many
positive developments on the economic front
which are underpinned by Government’s
prudent financial management of the economy.
Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment
Programme has been thoroughly researched,
restructured, re-developed and re-launched
to encourage increased levels of private
investment to help create opportunities for
growth and employment. The programme is
well-regulated and highly regarded for its level
of due diligence. The International Monetary
Fund has in fact described Grenada’s
CBI Programme as the gold standard
for transparency and for having a strong
legislative framework.
