Making target population (640.000) in Song-do, Yong-jong and Chong-ra
zones with IFEZ business. Our infrastructure goals are in 3 steps: First
step until 2009, second step until 2014 and last step until 2020.
Last year, we opened a State University of New York Graduate course in our
city, the first in South Korea. Next year, we are preparing courses with universities
like George Mason University, Utah University and Gent University (Belgium).
We would like to hold the GCF (Green Climate Fund) Secretariat at
Incheon. We have more than 12 Secretariats in our city. For example,
A-WEB, UNESCAP and GGGD (all in Song-do). We want to be a global city
specialised in green growth.
